📱 App Install Campaign
Controls the install sheet customers see on the website. The promo code below is shown as the reward — create it first in your coupon system, then type the exact code here. It is displayed after the customer installs the app, so nobody can claim it without installing.
💬 WhatsApp invites
After an order is confirmed, the bot sends a separate short message inviting
the customer to install the app. The bot never applies this promo code to a
WhatsApp order — WhatsApp orders keep their own automatic discount, so the two
systems cannot collide. If a customer types the code into WhatsApp, the bot politely
explains where to use it instead of failing.
Customers who already installed the app are skipped automatically.
